Employment contract in Night Clubs/Lap Dance venues: the complete guide

Night Club employment contract - SD Events & Management

1. What it is and why it matters

To work as an Image Girl, Drink Hostess, Lap Dancer or Club Hostess in a night venue it is mandatory to sign a regular employment contract, guaranteeing rights, privacy and social security contributions.

The contract applied is always a CCNL (Italian National Collective Labour Agreement) for "Performing staff engaged by public establishments – FIPE", fixed-term and part-time.

2. Types of contract

  • CCNL FIPE, fixed-term part-time: for those working in entertainment and show business
  • Other occasional arrangements: not recommended, they protect neither contributions nor INPS coverage

3. What the contract includes

  1. Personal details: of the worker and the venue
  2. Role: "Club Hostess", "Lap Dancer", "Image Girl" or "Drink Hostess"
  3. Working hours and days: weekly schedule
  4. Duration: start and end date
  5. Internal rules: rules of conduct, dress code and disciplinary procedure
  6. Withdrawal clause: free withdrawal by both parties without penalties, with a recommended notice of at least 7 days

4. Registration and Privacy

Upon signing, the contract is transmitted to INPS (the Italian social security institute), which guarantees its confidentiality: no family member or third party can access the data without your consent.
