SD Events & Management di Simone Daniele is a sole proprietorship based in Taranto, Italy, offering selection and placement services for club hostesses, hostesses and lap dancers: from pre-departure logistical support to initial training, continuous assistance throughout the working experience, accommodation management and contractual advice.

1. Definitions and scope
1.1 "Company" means SD Events & Management di Simone Daniele, a sole proprietorship (Tax Code DNLSMN99M29L049Z, VAT No. 03346260734), with registered office at Via Sardegna 12, 74121 Taranto (TA), Italy.
1.2 "User" means the natural person who browses the website or requests the Services.
1.3 "Services" means selection, placement and advisory activities for club hostesses, hostesses and lap dancers at partner night clubs.
2. Subject of the Services
2.1 Selection and matching between candidates and partner night venues.
2.2 Pre-departure logistical support: packing list, recommended clothing, rules of conduct and required documentation.
2.3 Continuous support at every stage of the working experience, including a change of venue or city at the candidate's request.
2.4 Initial orientation and training on the role, industry regulations and best practices for welcoming and managing customers.
2.5 Assistance in managing deposits and utilities relating to the accommodation provided by partner venues.
2.6 24/7 availability for emergencies and advice on work-related and personal matters.
3. Nature of the contractual relationship
3.1 The employment contract (fixed-term or open-ended, part-time or full-time) is entered into directly between the candidate and the partner venue, under the CCNL FIPE or private agreements; the agency neither hires nor is a contracting party.
4. Economic conditions
4.1 Guaranteed fixed pay: up to € 100.00 per day, depending on the role and location.
4.2 Bonuses: possibility of significantly increasing the pay through incentives and variable bonuses agreed in the individual contract.
4.3 All payment methods, as well as tax and social security withholdings, are defined in the contract signed with the partner venue.
5. Accommodation
5.1 Accommodation is provided exclusively by partner venues; any contributions towards utilities or deposits are borne by and managed directly by the venue.
5.2 The candidate must comply with the accommodation rules and is liable for any damage in accordance with the provisions of the venue or the rental agreement.
6. Conduct and limitations
6.1 Any behaviour in breach of the law or of the venues' internal rules is forbidden.
6.2 The role of club hostess does not involve physical contact with customers; lap dance activities are regulated separately by the partner venue.

- Choice of professional role: the candidate will indicate whether she is applying as Club Hostess, Lap Dancer or both, after reading the article "What are Night Clubs and how do they really work" available on our website.
Legal basis: processing is lawful only with the candidate's prior explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Purposes:
- Management of the application and the selection process
- Matching between candidates and partner venues
- Logistical organisation (accommodation, travel, contacts)
Retention: data will be kept until the end of the selection process, unless a deletion request is made.
Rights of the data subject: the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection (Arts. 15–22 GDPR) remain valid, as does the right to withdraw consent at any time by writing to team@sdeventsmanagement.com or to the certified email (PEC) address danielesimo@pec.it.
8. Intellectual property
All contents of the website (texts, images, trademarks) are the exclusive property of the Company and are protected by copyright. Unauthorised reproduction is forbidden.
9. Privacy and Cookies

10. Limitation of liability

12.1 These Terms are governed by Italian law.
